Privacy

When you order, we collect your name, delivery address, email and mobile number. We use them to deliver your tree, to send you the order confirmation, and to text you on delivery day with a time window and tracking link. Your mobile number is shared with our route-planning app for that purpose only.

Payments are handled by Stripe, who process your card details under their own privacy policy. We never see your full card number.

If you have bought from Ricky before, we may email or text you once a year to let you know trees are on sale again. Every message includes a way to opt out, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time using the contact form on the home page.

We don't sell or share your details with anyone else, and we don't use advertising cookies.
